1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the website novorantix.com (hereinafter: 'Site'), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. Novorantix d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of service
Novorantix is an informational platform providing data about real estate crowdfunding in the Republic of Croatia. Content published on the Site serves exclusively for informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation to invest. Before making any investment decision, we advise you to consult a licensed financial advisor.
3. User content
By submitting a message via the contact form on the Site, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Novorantix reserves the right not to respond to enquiries containing inappropriate content, false information, or content contrary to Croatian legislation. Your messages are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, audio and video materials, software code, and design, is the property of Novorantix d.o.o. or is used with the permission of the rights holder. Copying, distributing, modifying, or publicly displaying any part of the content without prior written approval from Novorantix is prohibited.

Novorantix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published on the Site. Investment in real estate, including via crowdfunding models, carries inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. The value of investments may rise or fall, and there is a possibility of losing part or all of the invested amount. Novorantix provides no guarantees regarding the profitability of any project displayed on the Site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the Site, the competent court in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, shall have jurisdiction.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Novorantix does not control the content of those sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
